LinkedIndian – Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you use linkedindian.com or purchase any product or service from LinkedIndian.
1. Who we are
LinkedIndian is operated by P2UN LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16734744, with its registered office at 505 Pinner Road, Harrow, Middlesex, United Kingdom, HA2 6EH.

2. What we offer
LinkedIndian provides career and CV support services for professionals working or building a career in the UK, including:
- A free UK Career Readiness Scan (browser-based, no purchase required)
- A free Sponsor Licence Checker tool
- UK CV Readiness Report (£19)
- UK CV Rewrite (£29)
- Report + Rewrite Bundle (£39)
- Interview Prep Pack (£5 per role)

3. Educational service, not a guarantee
All feedback, analysis and materials provided are educational, based on general UK hiring and recruitment conventions. LinkedIndian does not provide immigration, legal, financial or regulated career advice, and cannot guarantee interviews, job offers, or sponsorship outcomes. Any decision you make based on our feedback remains your own.
4. How delivery works
Products are delivered digitally by email after you provide the required information (such as your CV, target role, or job description) and complete payment. Every output is checked by a real person before it’s sent to you. Products are typically delivered within 24 hours of purchase and receiving everything we need from you. As our process becomes more automated, this may get faster, but 24 hours is the current standard to expect.
5. Payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable tax. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; LinkedIndian does not store your card details. Each product is a one-off payment, there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you would normally have 14 days to cancel an order for digital content without giving a reason. However, because our products are prepared and delivered quickly after you provide your information, by submitting your details and confirming your order, you agree that we may begin work immediately, and you acknowledge that your right to cancel ends once delivery of your completed report, rewrite, or pack has begun.
There is no cooling-off refund once delivery has begun. Refunds are only considered where there’s a genuine quality issue with the delivered work, for example, factual errors, a report that doesn’t reflect what was described, or a technical failure in delivery.
To request a refund, email namaste@linkedindian.com with the subject line “REFUND REQUEST:” followed by a full explanation of the issue. Each request is reviewed individually; a valid, well-evidenced reason is required, and refunds are not automatic. Where a refund is approved, it will be issued less a 10% processing fee to cover payment processing costs, with the balance returned to your original payment method.
7. Your responsibilities
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information, CV content, and job descriptions you provide. We don’t independently verify facts, employment history, or qualifications, our feedback and rewrites are based entirely on what you tell us or what’s in your original documents, and we won’t invent achievements, metrics, or experience on your behalf.
8. Data and confidentiality
Any CV or personal information you submit is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. In short: it’s reviewed in confidence, never sold or shared, and not used to train any tool beyond producing your own report. We keep uploaded CVs only as long as needed to deliver your order and provide support if you contact us afterwards. If you’d like your CV deleted at any point, email namaste@linkedindian.com and we’ll remove it.
9. Limitation of liability
LinkedIndian’s total liability for any claim relating to a purchased product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of employment opportunity, arising from your use of our services.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
